Pub 2003 - Error Message Clip Organizer

I get the following error message when attempting to use
the Clip Art Organizer

Clip Organizer cannot Complete the Operation

Interface not Registered
Error Code 0x80040155

Any guidance?

Apparently that wasn;t quite the problem. I replaced with
2.8 version and problem persists

The Error Message is slight different than those in 302375.

The error is 80040155 and the article refers to 80040154.

Have you emptied your cache? In IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files. You could
try a detect and repair found under help on the Office toolbar.
