Public and personal folder sync?

I want to use the great application of the public
folders, but how can I get the public folder and the
personal items to sync? If I put in something on the
public calendar, how can I get it to sync and show on the
personal calendar? Also is there a way to get a public
task folder to sync with a person's personal task list?
Just trying to avoid going to two different places to
look at information.

They don't sync. What is the goal? Keep the personal contacts and calendars
for people's personal contacts and meeting invitations, etc., and use the
PFs for company-wide data. You can drag the PFs you use regularly to the
Public Folder "Favorites" to make it easier to find stuff.
