To Whom Ever Can Help:

I am in the process of meeting with a client that I setup about 1.5
years ago with an Exchange 2000 server and Outlook 2000, 2002. They
purchased ACT 2000 prior to my involvement, but never got it up an running.
I am very familiar with Outlook and if functionality and I recommended that
they move forward with a purchase of and Exchange Server and Outlook setup.
They agreed and went for the purchase. During the time period they still
insisted that they would like to try ACT 2000 and compare them. I played
around with ACT and it seemed like a watered down version of Outlook. I
really did not like it that much. They kept on pressing the issue of ACT
and I was very reluctant to go any further and try it because it seemed that
there was no real advantage to ACT or Outlook. They then went out and
purchased the upgrade of ACT 2000 <ACT 6.0>.

Enough of the details. The reason Why I am writing this is because I would
like to be able to setup an Action Button in Public Contacts that allows me
to create Documents, Mail Message, Journal Entries, logging of I-mail sent
to Clients...etc. Basically just like a personal Mailbox. I want to write
to the default public folder. Is this an easy setup. Please let me know.
If this is possible without having to spend little to any money at all this
allow me to remove ACT completely form the picture.

Thank you for your time
