Public Folder disappears in Outlook 2007 client

We have an Outlook 2007 user that used to be able to see a particular Public
Folder. He has more permissions than myself, yet I can access this folder
with no issue using my OL2002 client. I don't believe it is a permissions
issue anyway since he can get to the folder using his credentials in Outlook
Web Access.

Thoughts or suggestions?
