Is there a way to add say an Excel file as a public folder? Or, is there a way to put a hyperlink to an Excel document on a shared resource in a task? We are trying to have several shared Excel spreadsheets directly linked to our Outlook public folders for all use access.

Exchange makes a lousy file server. A link will be much better than an
embedded Excel file.
