Publisher 2000 version 6.0 needed and I have Office 2000 Pro w/Pu

I have webpage design done on Publisher that I cannot open on a CD that I
cannot open on my computer. The message I am getting is that Publisher
cannot open other versions. How can I view this file? I have Office
2000Professional and the message says I need Publisher 2000 version 6.0.
