publisher 2000

when i excute publish 2000 i get this message :
"Windows is low on memory, or your hard disk is full"
but i have enough memory and space on my hard drive , i tried to
reinstall it but i doesn't work .

Try opening Publisher in safe mode. If it opens okay, upgrade your graphics and/or
printer driver.
