Publisher 2002 Crop Problem?

Changing a piece of clipart to make of it a watermark

No problem there.

I then wish to crop the watermark

I Highlight the picture - Hit the CROP logo - the handles change
into the logo marks.

From there I am unable to create the required CROP.
Nothing moves?

What am I doing wrong?

I'd appreciate help.

When you click the "Crop" button......the
black cropping handles will appear around
the selected object.

If you carefully move your pointer over the
handles there will be a point when your
pointer changes to look like the handle...
this is when you need to left click / drag
to accomplish the crop.
