Publisher 2002

G

Gene

I need an answer to a short term problem:
- Have new PCs on the way
- In the meantime the current PC (Win 98SE) is running out
of disk space.
- I need to know where Publisher 2002 creates/uses it's
work space, e.g., Windows\temp OR in the Publisher 2002
directory OR ???
- I can add another physical hard drive, uninstall
Publisher 2002 on the current HDD, install Publisher 2002
on the new HDD.
- If all the space required by Publisher is place in the
Publisher 2002 directory, my problem is addreessed for the
short term.
- If Publisher uses OTHER HDD space, how can I direct that
space to the new HDD.
Thanks

Gene you are wizard for posting gobbledegook. I will give you the award for
this week.
Thankfully, I can interpret your post - albeit slowly.

All programs use the c:\Windows\Temp folder to my knowledge.

UN-install Publisher 2002 and then install it to the new hard drive would be
the sensible thing to do.

You can always move your SWAP file to the new HDD which should free up
around 500Mb.
