Publisher 2002

Am having a similar problem opening an earlier version
file in Publisher 2002.The message "Publisher cannot find
its file converter dll to convert this old publication.
Your file will not open. Please reinstall Publisher". Re-
installing doews not fix the problem and the same error
message appears. Microsoft does not have any reference to
this error messgae. Any help or pointers appreciated.

After managing to set up OE-QuoteFix on his new PC, Ed reads a message

I have never seen this message before
Are you doing a full, custom, typical, or minimal install?

Can you send me the publication? I will try to open it for you with an older version
of Publisher. When was the file created? Right-click, properties. Remove "my" to
reply.
