Publisher 2002

I am working on a 32-page booklet, 5.5x8.5. In this version of Publisher, the
pages don't print the way they look on the screen. Is there a way for me to
see what the printed version will be without actually printing it? Please
answer ASAP, as the booklet goes to the printer tomorrow, 2/6/2008.

Thanks,

Marj

What do you mean by "the pages don't print the way they look on the screen"?

If you setup your publication as a booklet it should preview correctly on your
screen. How do you know they don't print the way they look? Have you printed a
hard copy? How does the booklet look in print preview? There is a icon on the
preview page you can click that will allow you to see multiple pages.

Download a PDF converter and print to it, you will get an idea how the finished
product will look without actually printing a hard copy.
www.primopdf.com is free.

Sorry, JoAnn...I need to make myself clearer. When I print out the pages,
they are not in the same order as they are in Publisher 2002.

Indeed they aren't, as they are designed to end up in the right order
when the booklet is folded together.

So a 32-page booklet will be:
32 1
2 31

30 3
4 29

28 5
6 27

etc.

Such that when printed back-to-back in the pairs shown and folded
together, it will end up in the correct order.
