I try to use publisher and I get this message: The feature you are trying to
use is on a network resource and is unavailable. Click ok to try again, or
enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package
'PUB.MSI' in the box below. What gives? What can be done so that I can use
this program?

The previous was the wrong article, this is one has the correct information: It
says 2003 but the solution for Publisher 2002 is also included.
