Publisher 2003 and Adobe 7 professional

I have a problem on one of my users computers in so that when she trys to
open a Publisher file, it is hit or miss. The file takes forever to load and
in most cases will not load and Publisher will stop responding. I uninstalled
Adobe 7 and everything was fine. So I reinstalled Adobe 7 and again , the
problem came back. I unnistalled Adobe 7 and put Adobe 6 full on and
Publisher can open up files normaly again.

Has anyone ran into this issuse and have been able to fix it. I really hate
to reimage this computer to make it work properly.

Thank you ...

Check out the video driver.
Try this, slide the acceleration down on the user's adapter, control panel, display
folder, settings tab, advance button, troubleshoot. If this allows Publisher and
Acrobat to work together alright, go to the manufacturer's web site and find an
upgraded driver.

Thank you for the fast response. I will try it out next week. I'm heading out
of town for a few days to a NASCAR race.

Try the reverse order. Install Adobe first then install publisher. I ran
into a similar problem where Adobe had to be installed first for things to
work properly. THought it was strange but installed Acrobat 7 first, then
the application, and everything worked just fine. Just a suggestion.
