PUBLISHER 2007 ON VISTA

I'm trying to import and edit an existing website from ValueWeb which says
their websites can be edited in Publisher 2007 but they cannot determine how
to import my site for editing into Publisher 2007. They can't tell me where
the ftp info is. Can someone help me out?
