I sent an inquiry to ZoomText, they did answer, but their answer was less than
helpful. The tech did say the error would come up for their users when ZoomText was
not running; it has to do with conflicts between the video card's display driver and
ZoomText's chaining driver.
Maybe a video driver upgrade could help??
