Publisher and Booklets.

Pub(2003) does Booklets quite well with the pages numbered and set up to
print fine.
Pub does not do Table of Contents or Indexes(sic) except manually.

Does anyone know of an easy way to make Booklets with automatic Contents and
Indexes?

Its not that easy I dont think.
Page numbers are in the footer and do not copy with selected text nor do
they appear if the whole file is imported.
