Is it possible to print 4.25/5.5 Booklets? I am unable to.

I am creating Booklets in Office Publisher 2007. The booklets are 4.25 X 5.5
with a .5 margin. When I attempt to print these booklets it only renders half
the pages and will not print the whole booklet. To quantify what I mean by
half the page is that if I have a 12 page booklet. It will only print pages
12-7 or 12-3. What seems to be occurring deals with how publisher renders
pages for printing? It automatically generates two copies of the booklet
because of the page sizes but not all the pages. I will try and give you a
visual example to understand what is occurring. My booklet has 12 pages. When
I attempt to print the booklet this is what the print preview shows.

121 23 45
121 23 45

I see the same pages 12-5 on the top and bottom of an 8.5/11 page when I hit
print preview and nothing else. Now this is correct however I have no way of
printing pages 7-12. Here is the following this I have tried to remedy this
problem.

Tried several printers and printer drivers
Adjusted the page sizes 1 inch up and 1 inch down
Adjusted the margins 0-1.0
If I adjust the page to a full size 8.5/11 it will come up but that is too
big for what we need
Rebuilt custom templates
Chose something other then booklet for template. If I do this the pages
print out of order without extensive sorting
Attempted to have it only print pages 8-11 when I do this it only show pages
8 and 11 twice.

I have spent about 6 hours total on this and at my ropes end. I heard a
rumor this is a known issue and will be service packed. Does anyone have an
official link to where this is said?

This is a definite bug in Publisher 2007. It is known and will be fixed in the
next service pack. I know this is not any consolation. The only workaround I
know is to create a custom half page size in your printer, cut the stock first
and then print as a booklet. This will work.

Thanks Mary. I have seen your postings on several websites with solutions to
a myriad of problems. I appreciate your response and your time.
