printing

I am familiar with Microsoft Word and new to Publisher. I have made many
booklets in Word having formatted the document on 8.5 x 11 and then under the
Print options checking "print 2 pages per sheet". I can not find this same
option in Publisher. Does Publisher have this feature? If not, how can I
print my document in booklet format without having to reformat the entire
book due to changing the paper size? Thank you!

File, Page setup, booklet. Publisher automatically setups up the page as
landscape, 5.5 x 8.5 in the correct order. What version Publisher?

I do the print-as-booklet in the printer settings; it does, however, seem to
make the top & bottom margins rather larger in proportion.

My file is set up as (16) pages of 8-1/2x11 portrait. Actually, if I keep
the file set up that way
I can set the printer to do a lot of different ways of printout, including
multiple pages-per-sheet, with or without duplexing, etc. -- i.e. I let the
printer do the scut-work of arranging things from my basic all-purpose
layout.

That's also how I send a PDF version to my commercial printer for printing
on 11x17 pages for folding into a newsletter -- they take my 16-page PDF &
turn it into 4 double-sided folded sheets with the 4 pages located properly
(then my group does the collating & stapling ).
