publisher and print margin

I need help with the print margin. When designing my brochure, all of my
design is placed in maxed limit of page/meaning...I want no white border
print margins visible when I print.

I have under Layout Guide, the following set...
Margin guides - the two pg. is unmarked and margin guides are all set as "0"
Gride guides - Columns are at 3; Spacing at .2"; row guides row 1
Baseline guides - spacing 12pt; offset 12pt

Even with all this in place, I still see the white margin border.
Can someone pls. help. Thank you.

Is your printer capable of 'full bleed" printing? Most are not.
