publisher booklet format pgs 2 & 3 are printing upside down

This is my first time using publisher, I am trying to print a newsletter in
booklet format, pages 2&3 on 11 x17 come out upside down, this does not
haapen on 8.5 x 11
Any help would be appreciated!!

Look at your printer setup. There will be a flip pages up or something similar.
Uncheck this option.
