Publisher file looks different when opened from 2 different PC's

The Pub file is located on a shared PC. When the file is opened on one of
the PC's all of the information is displayed. Picture of person, address and
contact information. When the same file is opened from another PC some of
the information is missing such as the phone # and contact info. Very
strange. Both PC's are running Publisher 2003 w/SP2. I can not figure out
why this is happening. Ran every update I could find to make sure the PC
having the issue was up to date but still did not resolve it. Any
suggestions? Maybe a setting within the Publisher program itself? Any
advise would be greatly appreciated.

There is an check-off in the Options Security tab that removes file properties.
If this is checked it maybe the Personal Information is removed. Other than that
I have no idea why Publisher is removing contact information.
