Publisher mail merge printing

After Merging Excel data into a Publisher Catalog, when
printing I'm trying to send each catalog as a separate
print data file (PostScript) to the printer. Publisher
2000 sends all of the catalogs as one large PostScript
file. I need to break this print into separate distinct
print data files - for in-line booklet creation on my
printer. Can Publiser 2002 0r 2003 do this?

Thanks

You may be able to accomplish this using the Registry Fix (courtesy of
KATMA). I don't know which versions this wil work on - it should work on
Publisher 2002, but I don't know about Publisher 2000.

Open registry using regedit.exe

Go to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Publisher\Printing

Create new "string value" called:
NumberOfRecordsPerBatch

Double click and set a value for your batch size (1 in this case
[probably]).

I doubt it.
I think Word deals with this in a different way.
