Printing color separations without a postscript printer

In the past with Publisher 2003 I was able to print a two color newsletter
separating the colors using black print with a standard HP Laser printer
(non postscript). We would send the separated colors in black to the printer
who was able to create a two color document.

Is there a way to do that with Publisher 2007 without a postscript printer?
