I’m experiencing the following problem:
1. I create a new publication using default Times New Roman font
2. I save the publication and exit
3. When I re-open to edit I get a message/dialog stating that the font CG
Times is embedded and/or unavailable. I can either click on OK and the
entire text will be in CG Times (which impacts formatting). Or, I can select
“Font Substitution†which appears to let me select Times New Roman, but then
after clicking OK the entire document is still in CG Times and formatting is
off.
Any suggestions on what may be causing this to happen? This does not happen
on every publication.
