Publisher to email

Jeff

We are using Publisher XP for a newsletter at our church.
It is setup to print in a booklet type manner. Page one is
the back and front page, etc. When printed out we simply
fold and create a mailable newsletter. We want to send via
email some of these newsletters but when we go to send
they recieve the back page first, the front page second,
and so on. Is there an easy way to just grab part of a
page or make it come out properly for emailing?

Thanks.

Thought of that but I need to be able to split the
Publisher file so that page 1 is page 1 and so on. As it
is right now, creating a PDF would give me the back page
and the front page as page 1.

Jeff you can move the pages around in the PDF file to which ever position
you like.

Change your Page Size in File > Page Setup > Layout to half-size (A5 if this
is an A4 booklet, 8.5 x 5.5 if this is on Letter-sized paper), and do the
same in the Printer and Paper section (make sure your Distiller or Adobe PDF
driver is selected first).
Then get Acrobat or an intermediary imposition app such as FinePrint to
handle the pagination.
