Every time I open Pub98, I get the following error:
Windows is low on memory, or your hard disk is full Try closing other
programs and freeing some space on your hard disk before starting
Publisher.

Go to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Quill
delete qs98.dll copy the qs98.dll from your Publisher 98 CD to the same
folder.
Outlook98 replaces this file with a newer version that kills Publisher98.
Both will work with the older file.
