Actually I got it wrong. You had to send in the cover for the upgrade to 2.0.
Hey, JoAnn, if you ever feel the need to see these vintage programs let me know,
I'll try to copy the disks and zip them to you. I have an old computer I keep
around because it has a 5¼ disk drive.
I would love to! I played with one version of Pub, maybe 98?, but I had no
need for it so I didn't use it. I really didn't get into the program until
2000. And Pub 2002 was such a step up! Pub 2007 has some potential but I
don't have the time to play with it right now. In the middle of a hot
project (with Publisher) so no time to play.

No, Publisher is available as a standalone product or with some, but not
all, editions of Office.

Festina <[email protected]> was very recently heard to
utter:
My laptop came with Works, I'm looking into getting Publisher. Will
that be too much? should i do away with Works?
Publisher and Works will work fine together, provided you have enough
diskspace.
We can't do much without knowing the specifications of your laptop, and
how
much free disk space you have on it.
