If you are using 2007, you can't if you are expecting a wizard. You will have to
insert a different Accent Box. This is a bug in 2007.
You can change elements of the Accent box. Select the object, Arrange menu,
ungroup.
Actually you don't need to ungroup, just click on each individual element to
re-color.
