Publishing Errors

Not *too* descriptive, but it may help.

A common spooler error is the Publishing of Local
Resources. If you have resources in your Project that
are not in your Resource Pool (EXACT SPELLING - Make sure
there aren't any spaces) then you will receive a Resource
Error in your spooler.
