I am planning to publish my oneNote files with Audio recorded in pdf/html
files! Is that possbile to possible to have them embedded there, so I can
playback the audio in pdf or html file? if so how, please?

currently when i do this, it just show me the icone. It is not playable?

what about video?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You cannot get the audio/video syncing when exporting to pdf/html/xps. You
would need to send the person the OneNote .one file and then they could play
it back.

No, this does not work.
Embedding Audio in a PDF has (a) to be done manually (not "printed" from
ON) and (b) requires Adobe Acrobat 9.0 Professional.
And HTML is pure text where nothing can be embedded.

Any workaround (for PDF as well as HTML) would require that you save the
audio file separately and deliver it with the document.

The way to go would depend on the way you have in mind for "publishing"
the documents. Do you want to distribute to others or just place things
on a web-server?
what about video?

Just the same.
