Publsiher 2000 installation

I am trying to create a package for Publisher 2000 using
Wise, so When I install publisher without Wise or SMS
installer it works fine, but when I create a package
through wise or SMS installer I am getting an erorrs,
cause by Windows installer . here is the errors:

1-Error:1904 Module C:\program Files\Common files\Micrsoft
Shared Artgalry\mcps.dll fail to register HRESULT -
2147024889 Contact your support personnel.

2-Publisher Can't check spelling in this document.
Publisher can't install the necessary files due windows
installer error 1610. ERROR_BAD_CONFIGURATION.
Publisher can't run this wizard, missing office assistant.
