Can anyone point me in the right direction, i want to
download the font 'pumpLET' to use for a powerpoint
document?

Assuming you can find and download the font pumpLET legally.

Start
Settings
Control Panel
Fonts
File menu
Install new fonts
Navigate to your downloaded font
Ok
