Purchase Order Form

I use MS Access 2003.

I would like to create a Purchase Order form that is similar to the one in
the sample Northwind Database. The difference in my form would be that all
items for the supplier will be listed and viewable (instead of selecting from
a drop down list - for each item to be ordered).

This would be the procedure for creating a purchase order:

1st select the supplier from a drop down list. Then just enter quantities
for the items you want to purchase. When completed, I would like the form to
display ONLY the items that have quantities, so I can print or email it to
the supplier. Finally, record these items to an Items Purchased table.

Can anyone suggest how I might accomplish this. Thanks!
