Purging overdue status report Messages

Is there a way to purge old old status reports so that this message
"You have X overdue status report" does not appear on the homepage?
I've tried clicking on the link and can't see any missing reports in
the archive list. Some of my users have too many reports and they've
been relived of sending these reports so I need a way to purge this
message for all the users for specific dates.

Thanks!

What happens when you perform the following steps:

1. Log into PWA
2. Click the Status Reports menu
3. Click the "Request a status report" link
4. Click the "Delete a status report..." link
5. Click the pick list for that item

Do you see the Status Report in question? If so, delete it. If not, let us
know what you see there, if anything.

Dale,

Would each person who request status reports need to perform the
functions to delete the request, meaning there's no way for me to clean
it for the various managers? it doesn't appear as if I can click on
Delete for step 4.

Sorry, but I was not entirely clear about who was supposed to perform the
steps I detailed in my last post. The project manager who created the
Status Report request is the only person who can delete it. The Project
Server administrator cannot delete Status Report requests.

If a PM leaves your company without deleting their Status Report requests,
you should convert their PWA user account to use Project Server
authentication, and then log into their account and delete the Status Report
requests. This MUST be done before their user account is deleted from the
system, otherwise you will be stuck with orphaned Status Report requests.
Hope this helps.
