Pusblishing a public form

Maybe I am overlooking something here, but is it possible to create a form
template in InfoPath and then publish it to a SharePoint site with anonymous
access so that people can click on a link on another site that will pull up
that form so they can fill it out and submit it so that the data either gets
sent to an email box as a complete form, or to a form library?

I am using MOSS 2007 Enterprise on my web server.
