PWA 2003 - unable to edit actual work fields

I am new to MS Project support. A user is trying to edit the Actual Work
boxes in ther Timesheet view, but none of the boxes are editable (shaded
yellow instead of white). I'm guessing the time period was inadvertently
closed. How can it be reopened? Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.

One other important detail: no actuals were ever entered/accepted by the
project manager.

An admin can adjust the actuals on behalf of team member after the period is
locked down. See the article below.

Further you can actually log in as administrator

Click on Admin | Customize project Web Access and Manage Time sheet periods
to change the status but this will open it for whole organization.

So be careful with that option.
