PWA 2007 login issue

When I try to login to PWA 2007 I get a error message stating that I cannot
login because I am already logged in. I am not logged in anywhere else. How
do i fix this?
I created a new user and i still get the same error!?!?

Have you tried resetting IIS or restarting the server. Both should clear
down any existing connections.
