Need a quick clarification regarding PWA and how the Active X components
installs initially. The basic question is this:
When a new user goes to PWA for the 1st time and is prompted to download the
Active X components, is it because PWA has detected a new MACHINE / LOCATION
that does not have the components (OR) is it because PWA has detected a new
USER that does not have the components in their profile???
We are trying to determine the best way to manually force the Active X
components to install for Team Member users that do not have an individual
desktop. Instead, they are using a setup that is just a hookup to a Citrix /
Terminal Server box.
THANKS IN ADVANCE for the Clarification!!!
