QT Plug Ins for PowerPoint

When I create a Powerpoint presentation I often use QT plugins for slide
transitions. If these presentations are played on other computers that don't
have the plugins, transitions are lost. How can I copy these plugins with the
Powerpoint file so that others playing the file can play it the way it was
created?
