Quattro Pro 5.0 WB1 file converter for Excel 2002

I downloaded and ran Office File Converter Pack: CONVPCK.EXE.
Then, I tried to open a Quattro Pro 5.0 for Windows (WB1) file with Excel
2002 and got the following error message:
Excel cannot open this Quattro Pro for Windows file. The Quattro Pro
converter may not be installed or the file type may not be supported.
How CAN I open the dozens of WB1 files that I need to use?
If Excel 2002 with CONVPCK.EXE cannot open Quattro Pro 5.0 for Windows (WB1)
files, what DOES CONVPCK.EXE do?

Try Conversions Plus from DataViz. Web site says it supports versions
1.0 through 8.0.
