Query then Print Report Problem

R

Randy

I have set up a query to pull up a case number and a date field using
StartDate,EndDate, and CHIP as Parameters in the query.

In the Macro Section I am using OpenQuery CLIENT CONTACT Query
Then putting OpenReport next to print to the Main Client Info Report.

When I tried it the first way I printed out the report but it still
printed all the case files.

I tried changing the macro to use only the OpenReport command with the
name of the query in the Filter box.

Now what I get is the StartDate, EndDate, CHIP parameters plus all the
fields in the CONTACT table come up for me to enter information.

Also now when I just try to open the form all the query boxes pop up
for me to enter data before it goes to the report.

Even if I delete all the macros it still comes up when you try to open
the report.

Could someone give me some suggestions on how to fix this and get the
report I need?

Using Access 2000
Thanks for any help
