Question about Journal in Outlook

Hi all,

I have a very simple question. Can we customise the Entry Types for Journal?
The default that Outlook provides are Phone Call, Conversation, Task,
Microsoft Excel, etc.

Can we add our own? I ask because in my office we use Journal for work
collaboration, and it would be helpful if we can create our own Entry Types
such as "Sales Inquiry", "Site Visit", etc.

Can anyone help?
