Question in Microsoft Project

Hey all,
1. In Microsoft Office Project Web Access, why is it that my resources see
all the projects ? even the old ones that they are already updated and
finished with them ?
Is there any way we can stop that?
2. Is there any way to update the progress in WebAccess without making it
100% ?
