I am using Outlook 2002, and my reciepts are not being automatically processed.
I have gone into options and clicked all the boxes to process and then to
delete.. I have unchecked them and started the program....re-checked them and
restarted the program....doesnt seem to affect it.
I am getting reciepts back, but they just stay in my inbox (default) as new
mail.
any ideas? thanks!
