Questions about service accounts when deploying Project Server 2007.

I follow the steps in the following TechNet article to deploy a test
Project Server Environment:

http://technet2.microsoft.com/Offic...30e3-49b1-9705-ed447ad1d2561033.mspx?mfr=true

I deploy a Farm environment, but all services, including SQL Server,
are running on the same computer, and I use local accounts for all the
services. Though I successfully deployed the test environment, but
still have some questions about service accounts:

1. When running SharePoint Products and Technologies Configuration
Wizard, I specify the account PROJ\WSSFU as the Database access
Account, where PROJ is my windows 2003 server's computer name. I know
this account is which the Sharepoint central Administration
Application pool runs in, and it will be granted some database
permissions. The question is: Is this account the Farm Administration
account, as referenced by elsewhere in the article?

2. When creating a web application fro Project Web Access, I must
specify an account for the application pool which hosts PWA, and when
creating a site collection in this application, I must specify two
administrator accounts. Can I use the same for these three accounts,
or just the application pool account and the primary administrator.
The article says I can use "Windows Sharepoint Services service
account " fro the primary site collection Administrator, does it mean
the account used in question 1?

3. When creating PWA site, I must specify an account for the
Administrator of the Project Server instance, is this the account
which PWA application pool runs in?

Another question, can I use the same account for all these service /
application pool accounts to install a test environment?
