Hi

I set up approx 20 entries into the Quickparts in Outlook to reuse and refer
to. Today when I went to insert something into an email there were no
entries there. This is the third time this has happened. Twice before our
IT support were able to retrieve it via system restore. Today this option
did not work. The Techie for some reason removed BDM software and supporting
programs from my pc. Can you advise me on this?

Is this the only setting that went missing?
If not, it could be that your user profile isn't properly written back to
the server upon logoff (in case you are working with Roaming Profiles).

Other reasons for it could be that Outlook doesn't shutdown properly and
that the normailemail.dotx file gets damaged in the process.
