Rceptionist and telephonist using Outlook

One thing that I think would be so brilliant if Outlook could send a message
that looked like a phone. Ths is something that good old GroupWise use to
offer but Outlook doesn't. The amount of emails that are sent by the
receptionist team with phone messages is quite alot and to just have PHONE
MESSAGE in the subject bar is not helpful to a user.

That is possible already when using a custom form. You can then create a
default message layout which is useful for your organization and also assign
an icon to the form if you want.

Have a look at Message Pad for Outlook (www.emercury.co.uk). This was
developed specifically to provide phone message template for workgroup
management of phone messages in the office.
