Re-activate product without CD

I recently upgraded my operating system from Windows98se
to XP Home. After upgrade outlook 2002 has restricted use
and says it requires reactivation.It came installed on my
computer and my restoration discs won't activate it. I
have product ID and its registered. Do I have to buy a
new copy? thx John Carey
