(re)formatting Comments-HELP!!

I have a huge spread sheet and have incorporated Comments to save spac
and provide further details. Whenever I have to reformat my spreadshee
(IE. Inserting rows and populating with data) all previously inpute
comments get re-formated or shrunken. How do I avoid this? Is there
master format function that will allow my comments to move or flex wit
the cells as they get moved? Or is there a limit to data inputed i
Comments that continually forces to re-format itself? HELP!

Right-click on edge of Comment and Format>Properties. Check "move and size
with cells".

May do what you wish.
