re-importing pst files - permission denied

I have exported my emails from my computer to a CDRW in
order to transfer them to my laptop, as my computer was
going into storage. On importing them to the laptop I am
getting the message: you do not have the permission
required to access e:\....

This error is not appearing when opening other items from
the disk.

Any idas would be appreciated.

Move the file to your hard drive and remove its read only attribute.
